Cancer Support Walk and Talk – Walking for Health and Macmillan

Monday, 10.30-11.15am from Central Library in the Civic Building.

A walk run by trained volunteers to allow anyone affected by cancer to have support and advice in confidence. The walk will be around Central parks and will incorporate mindfulness. Once the walk has finished, refreshments will be available in the library. New individuals need to arrive 10 minutes early to register.
