New Year, New You. SO:Linked service for anyone looking to find a group, support, or start a new hobby.

We are now into 2020, and maybe you are interested in trying a new activity, getting involved with a local group or finding some support with a specific issue (bereavement, being a carer, having a long term health condition, housing, finances), getting more fit and active, meeting other like minded people or are just looking for ways to improve your general health and wellbeing. SO:Linked offers community navigators who can help.

It can be difficult to know what things are out there and where to start. SO:Linkeds community navigators are available to help you decide what you’d like to do, help you find groups, activities, services or volunteering opportunities that are local to you, and help you overcome any barriers to getting to them. It’s really about what you want to do.

To meet a community navigator you can complete a referral form on SO:Linkeds website:, or, simply come along and meet SO:Linked at one of the drop ins across Southampton city – appointments are not required, you can just pop in and say hi. SO:Linked will be sat at a table with a SO:Linked poster so you know who they are.
