Half Term Fun Day was well received.

Half Term Fun Day took place on the 20th of February at Northam Youth Centre in the Youth wing.

Organised by Northam Steering Committee at Northam Local Conversation, and Northam Youth Centre, the theme of the event was being kind. More than 100 people including children and adults attended the event.

Activities at the event included arts and crafts, henna, glitter tattoos, face painting, basketball, football and mindfulness. Delicious pizza was available at the end of the event.

The event was well received. Tracey Loader, one of the parents of the children who attended stated, “It’s great that these events are put on for the local community. All the children really enjoy these events.”

Natasha Eccleston, another parent stated, “It is brilliant that these events run for local families. My son always loves coming.”

Danielle, another attendee commented, “Northam is a much better place to live with all these activities going on.”
