Carers Lunch and Talk – Carers in Southampton

Wednesday 12-2pm at The Victory Centre, 154-158 Portswood Road SO17 2NH

A lunch for carers. The first hour consists of a speaker who will discuss relevant topics followed by a free lunch of sandwiches and treats. This week there will be a mindfulness session from Isabel Gurr, Occupational Therapist at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust .
