Over 50? Want to socialise with other over 50s?

Over 50s in Southampton, particularly those from Black and minority ethnic groups, are at higher risk of loneliness and isolation. The city’s Black Heritage Group runs a social group twice a week, providing a friendly and safe environment for older people – of all ethnicities – to socialise.

The Group meet every Tuesday and Wednesday, from 2pm-6pm at the Black Heritage Centre, 53 Northumberland Road, Southampton SO14 0EJ.

It costs £1 entry per session. Or you can join Black Heritage Group for £15 a year, for free entry and a range of membership benefits.
