Research shows that regular exercise, such as Green gym, increases fitness and energy levels, reduces anxiety and depression, and reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis.

There is a range of work to suit all abilities from litter picking to cutting small trees back Sessions are free of charge, and tea, coffee and a snack is provided, along with tools, equipment and gloves.
