Colourful Walkway – Public art competition for 4-11yr olds

In Spring 2019 a colourful walkway will be permanently installed on Above Bar Street, stretching from outside the John Hansard Gallery and NST City across the road to Guildhall Square.

The John Hansard Gallery, in partnership with Southampton City Council and GO! Southampton, have launched a ‘Colourful Walkway’ competition, inviting children of Southampton to help design the public artwork and leave a lasting impact on the city.

Anyone aged between 4 – 11years can enter before the 14 January deadline.
