“Bringing people together through Community Events & Festivals”

We think its important for people in this community to have the opportunity to come together, share common experiences, and celebrate all that is good about the West Itchen area.  For this reason we support local events through publicity, small-grants, and sponsorship.

Publicity
We produce a quarterly newsletter and maintain an Events web-listing in order to help local people find-out what’s happening in and around the area.  If you’d like us to help you give your event to get more publicity, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to assist!

Small-grants
Sometimes a little money goes along way! If you’re trying to organise a local event then you may qualify for a small-grant from our Community Grants Fund.

Sponsorship

We are able to give sponsorship to organisations and events that foster and enhance the vibrancy of the West Itchen area. Therefore the West Itchen Community Trust is a major sponsor of, and advisor to, the St Mary’s Community Festival, the annual community festival for central Southampton.
